Islay

Ardbeg 10yr 46%
A whirlwind of peat and complex malty flavours, this is an exuberant in-your-face whisky.
Coal Ila Whisky yail 1999 43%
A 1999 vintage Caol Ila bottled by The Whisky Trail in 2011. Briny smoke, like a bonfire on the beach, medium-bodied with a slightly spicy finish - a great session whisky.
Lagavulin 16yr 43%
A full-bodied, well balanced whisky with a powerful, peat-smoke aroma.
Bowmor Legend 40%
A stunning and complex dram where the peat comes through powerfully, but dies so surrounded by a bouquet of sweetness.
 

Island

Highland Park 12yr 40%
A delicious sweetness, with a trace of smoke and a warming, silky mouth feel.
Talisker 10yr 45.8%
A truly elemental malt with an intense coastal spicy, peaty character.
Ledaig 10yr 46.3%
A peaty whisky from Tebermory on the Isle of Mull, named after a previous incarnation of the distillery. Maritime and smoky, this rivals some of the Islay drams for power, and the 10 year old balances the intensity of youth with rounded, well-aged spirit.

A sweet, sherried aroma with herbal spiciness and rich, mellow flavour.
 

Speyside

Glenfiddich 12yr 40%
A fragrant, complex malt, which balances elegant notes of fresh pear and subtle oak.
Glenfarclas 10yr 40%
Glenfarclas 10yo is a straw-gold, delicately light, sweet and malty dram leaving a long slightly spicy finish. Always impeccably well-made, this is a whisky that always delivers in quality.
Aberlour 16yr 43%
This 16 year-old has ben double-matured in traditional oak and sherry asks. Deep and complex, with lip-smacking spices.
Balvenie 12 yr old Doublewood 40%
One of the classic after-dinner malts, Balvenie Doublewood's extra complexity and richness are a result of a second maturation in fresh sherry casks. Great stuff.
Glendronach 12yr 40%
A rich, creamy whisky with a long and slightly nutty finish.
Mortlach 16yr 43%
Sweet sherrywood with rich fruit flavours and a spicy, treacle note.
 

Highland

Edradour 10yr 40%
A single malt from Scotland's smallest distillery. Delicious honey notes complimented by an oily mouthfeel and a really stylish finish.
Blair Athol 12yr 43%
Blair Athol is one of the gems of the Flora & Fauna range. This expression has always tended to towards the chunky, sherried style, with spices and oak adding omplexity to rich maltiness.
Old Pultrey 12yr 40%
A very popular Highland dram, with a big sherry presence alongside sweet citrus fruit notes and a faint whiff of brine. Picked up the top prize in its category at the World Whisky Awards 2010.
 

Lowland and Cambletown

Auchentoshan 12yrs (Lowland) 40%
Smooth, fresh and nutty with a golden honey appearance.
Springbank 10yr (Cambletown) 46%
A light coloured whisky that shows touches of smoke, vanilla essence, nutmeg, cinnamon and the salty tang characteristic of the distillery.
 

Irish, Welsh, English and Japanese

Connemara Petted Single Malt (Irish) 40%
Inspired by Ireland's ancient distilling traditions, this whiskey has a smooth sweet taste with complex malt and peat flavours. A genuinely unique Irish whiskey — not only is it Ireland's only peated malt whiskey, but it is stylish and near faultless.
Teeling Single Malt Whiskey (Irish) 46%
Teeling's single malt contains whiskeys aged for up to 23 years, which have been matured in a range of wine casks: sherry, port, Madeira, white Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon. A rich and spicy whiskey.
Penderyn (Welsh) 46%
An exceptionally balanced taste with notes of tropical fruits, raisins and vanilla.
Chapter 11 (English) 46%
The 11th Chapter of the English Whisky Company's regular releases, now definitely whisky and made with heavily peated malt. A recent award winner at the World Whisky Masters and a demonstrotion that English whisky is something to keep an eye on.
Yamazaki Suntory 12yo (Japanese) 43%
A pioneering malt in Japan. The spiced wood arrives first then dried cranberries with a lasting muddle of orange marmalade and honey sweetness.
