Otherworld - BA NYX - 7.1% - 440ml
A dark porter based on a 19th century recipe. Aged in ex-Islay whisky barrels, it layers smoke, whisky, and oak deep roasted malt, finishing with lingering cocoa, coffee and char.
Burnt Mill - Rivers Edge - 4.4% - 440ml

Mills - Running Beer— 5.8% - 375ml
Running Beer is the first beer designed for Mills Brewing. It is the purest distillation of how they make beer. This beer is a blend of equal parts four, three, and two year old spontaneously fermented beers. They fermented and matured in a mixture of French and American oak barrels, previously used by Bourbon whiskey and Burgundy white wine producers. The beer then conditioned for five months in bottle before release.
Mills - Standing Beer - 7.5% - 330ml
Standing beer is brewed in the summer, working with the warmer weather to aid an ambient-temperature ale yeast driven primary fermentation in their coolship. After around ten days open fermentation in their coolship, the young beer is transferred to large oak casks for a secondary fermentation with their indigenous wild yeast and bacteria, until the winter. Finally, the beer is dry-hopped with whole-leaf hops and bottle conditioned for several months before release.
Mills - PiIs - 6.0% - 330ml
Pits is brewed solely in the depths of a Gloucestershire winter, working with the cold weather to aid an ambient-temperature, lager yeast driven primary fermentation in their open coolshlp.
Belgium
Abbaye d'Orval - Orval - 6.2% - 330ml
Orval is a medium bodied and unique, hoppy dry-orange, amber Trappist. Best served in a branded chalice glass, witf without the sediment. Good with soup and cheese.
Duvel Moortgat Brewery - Duvel - 8.4% - 330ml
Duvel is a natural beer with a subtle bitterness, a refined flavour and a distinctive hop character, The refermentation in bottle and a long maturation, guarantees a pure character, delicate effervescence and a pleasant sweet taste of alcohol.
Verhaeghe - Duchesse de Bourgogne - 6.2% - 330ml
This Flemish red from Verhaeghe is truly unique. The amber beer is brewed in the normal fashion and then put into oak barrels for many years to take on that oak character and turn slowly sour. It has a wonderful oak and cherry aroma. starts beautifully sweet and melts away into a soft, sour cherry-like beer known as a Flemish Red.
Lager
Ayinger Helles - 5.2% - 500ml
Made according to the German Purity law. It's made with all Bavarian hops and malt, then given a long secondary fermentation to make for a crisp, smooth beer with a lightly hoppy finish. It's the ultimate summer beer.
Birrificio Angelo Poretti - 4.8% - 330ml
A lull flavoured Italian lager beer, characterised by a pillowy white head, brilliant clarity and refreshing taste.
Budweiser - Budvar - 5% - 500ml
Czech pale lager. Recognised for its rich maltiness and floral hop character.
Cloudvvater x Green Bench - Smoked Marzen - 5.2% - 440ml
Made with beech smoked malt, the chewy, smoky body makes for a mouth-filling experience for this savoury beer, but despite all this, it's still surprisingly refreshing, and a wonderful pairing with cheese, cured meats and fish
Purity - Pure Helles Lager (GF) - 5.0% 440ml
Pure Helles is brewed following the Reinheitsgebot Purity Laws of 1516 to give a clean, refreshing, and bright appearance, but with that unmistakable Purity character.

DEYA x Mills Brewing: Meet Me On The Beacon - 5.5% - 750ml
A homage to one of their favourite monastic Belgian beers. Bruern Farms Plumage Archer gives subtle bready, caramel notes. Whilst their house yeast, brett cultures and Mills own house culture combine to add a melange of yeast profiles living this beer a characteristic complexity - peach, elderflower and a hint of barnyard funk. Fresh, wholecone Mystic hops add some grassy, traditional hop balance.
DEYA x Burning Sky - Sure - 5.8% - 750ml
Pinotin grapes from their friends at Blackbook Winery, underwent a carbonic maceration to produce a full bodied, red wine base bursting with cranberries, strawberries and a touch of black pepper.
Little Pomona - Disco Nouveau Cider - 6.8% - 750ml (GF & Vegan)
Disco Nouveau showcases the Discovery apple in its purest form. Wild fermentation brings out its gorgeous aromatics, strawberries and cream and fruit laces, and with its lovely berry fruit lassi creaminess and gentle sparkle.
